In-stock and Catalog items (Non-Furniture) |
Merchandise ordered directly from UCSD Storehouse must be returned in its original packaging within ten (10) days of receipt. To process your return:
- Login
- Go to the Order
History page and find your order
- Verify the pickup location and contact information
- Type the quantity you are returning and Place Order
- Copy the original packing slip and highlight the item(s) you are returning
If you do not have a copy of the vendor packing slip, please contact a Customer Service Representative, (858) 536-3225.
Note: Items must be in re-sellable condition.

| Furniture |
Because of strict return policies of our vendors, you can only return furniture (ie. chairs, desks, file cabinets, etc...) damaged in shipment or shipped in error. Please inspect your furniture as you receive them. If you notice damage or vendor error, immediately contact a Customer Service Representative at (858) 536-3225.
The CSR will:
- Assist you in obtaining permission for your return, if needed
- Process a pick-up request for a Storehouse driver
You will need to:
- Save all packaging that you may have received with your item. You must have the original packaging to receive any credit. If items were shipped in error, item(s) must be in re-sellable condition.
- Copy the original packing slip and make certain that it is visible to the Storehouse driver.
Assembled furniture and furniture designated by our vendor as "special
order" is not returnable.
Note: Actual color and wood tones may vary from catalog representations. Responsibility for the size(s) of furniture
selected remains with the customer.

| Dell Computers |
Computers ordered directly from UCSD Storehouse can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Original packaging is required to receive full credit.
To process your return, please contact a Customer Service Representative, (858) 536-3225 and have the following information available:
- UCSD Storehouse Order Number
- Dell Order Number (Located in the box on the right side of the Dell packing slip)
- Reason for return
- Completea Shipping Memo
- Copy the original packing slip and attach to the outside of the sealed box.
Note: You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges. Credit will be processed when Dell has issued the credit.
